Solo Tip Tuesday: Quickly View Multiple Days in Your Outlook Calendar Side-by-Side

by Reba Nance on April 16, 2013

Microsoft Outlook’s calendar allows you to choose individual days from your calendar and then compare them side-to-side. Here’s how:

  1. Open your Outlook calendar.
  2. Choose the Day view.
  3. Select the first day you want to view.
  4. In calendar on the left-hand side of the screen, hold down the Ctrl key while selecting the next day you want to view.
  5. Repeat step 4 for any additional days you want to view and compare.

Voilà! Now have your days displayed side-by-side!

You can see this tip and others, on topics ranging from Outlook and Word help to App reviews and online tools, all here.
